Once more partners came on board, the festival became much larger in scale featuring two stages, multiple bands, and numerous other fun activities. The Waterfront Blues Festival celebrates the Fourth of July each year with a spectacular display of fireworks, presented by the City of Portland. He had the vision of putting together a small backyard music event that brought world-class music and a unique vibe to Bend.
